Once your application has been approved we will email you our Terms and Conditions and a login and password for our wholesale site. Once you have an account with us you can access the wholesale site via the “Wholesale” tab.

 

Return Policy

In the rare case you find your product is faulty please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of your items to arrange an exchange. Unfortunately My Red Scooter does not accept returned items that are in working order in the event that a customer changes their mind.

We are unable to exchange items due to normal wear and tear.

 

Product Disclaimer

All My Red Scooter products are manufactured with care and we are not responsible for the use or misuse of any of our products.

If you are using our products on small children please regularly check your items for wear and tear and do not leave young children unattended whilst using My Red Scooter products. All small items may pose a choking risk for small children under three (3) years of age.

Some of our products use “vintage” components. This means that they are new or repurposed however are old stock and may be many years old. Vintage components may show signs of their age and also slight variations in colour, chipped enamel etc from those shown on the website. We do guarantee that your vintage items will be beautiful and something that we would be happy to buy ourselves. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

All credit card transactions are processed using PayPal’s secure services and as a result we do not receive any customer credit information.

Customer information is kept confidential and is only used from time to time for My Red Scooter direct marketing purposes via our secure mailing list provider. Should you wish to not receive any communication from us in the future please unsubscribe from our mailing list or advise us via email.
